I was at ER at 5:50 I didn’t get to back till 7:40. I was the only one in the ER. When I got to the back. No one took my vital signs until 15 minutes before I left. Order a X-ray it was a hour before they came. I thought they didn’t come to work till 8. I don’t think I will be coming back to your hospital.
All I can say is keep an eye on your bill. Blame gets shifted to insurer. Have been with BCBS for years and never had any issues until I started going here.
The staff was very courteous from entering to exiting, I did have to visit a different physician than the one I have been seeing because I asked for a same day appointment and my regular physician was booked, but he was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. I was immediately seen and had very little wait time in the waiting room and in exam room. Other than the size of the needle it was a good visit.
My family and I have been patients of Dr. Goebel's for 30 years. He's very dear to us all. We love Scott and White and the people at the Fish Pond Clinic are fantastic!!!
90% of the Doctors, Nurses and support staff are amazing. They have literally saved my life a time or two.
Never have had any problem with the staff. Always have a smiling face. Dr. Hacker take his time to make sure you understand.
My appointment was at 3:40. They asked me to check in at 3:25. I checked in at 3:15 and at 4:10 they still had not called my name. I tried to reschedule but the 1st available date was July 28. I said I would call them later and I left.
