Just had surgery here. Staff is exceptional exhibiting compassion and professionalism. My surgeon, Dr. Beard, was exceptional!!
The house manager "Shawn" was wonderful and Fran was doing the best she could so I feel awful for leaving one star. The security guards who think they're Law Enforcement Officers; L. Wright # 941 & S. McMullen # 540 (acting team leader 1/21/26) were extremely rude, condescending, inflammatory and L. Wright demands me to identify myself as if I dont have a 4th amendment right to be secure in my persons, papers and effects. While my visit to the emergency room was under unfortunate circumstances, the care I received was outstanding and significantly positive. I am particularly grateful to Nurse Yatee, whose kindness and attentive demeanor made me feel genuinely seen and valued. She took considerable time to explain everything thoroughly, and her overall presence was a great comfort. Doctor Brown was also excellent. Should have taken the other reviews into consideration. Worst patient care I've ever had. 3 weeks after my EEG, following a tonic clonic seizure 5 weeks ago, I can't get my results and the only contact I've had is from the portal messages with the nursing staff. Zero follow up from the position and no one seems to really care. I would strongly recommend avoiding this practice if you really want help.
