Hundreds of dollars later and still no relief. The sad part is, they do not actually care about fixing the problem. Don't let the smiles fool you. They'll have you back every few weeks just to take your money. Oh, and the surprise bills are fun. Had to get my insurance advocate involved on one bill that mysteriously went from $99 to $0 when she had to call them. Been seeing doctors there for more than 10 years there, great place and staff.
Had urgent care appt . Nurse and staff very friendly and professional. I been going to this facility for 15 plus years. The check in staff very helpful Kendell was very pleasant to talk to. I felt important and enjoyed talking to him. Almost forgot I was even sick. Love my PA Leah Campbell . For urgent care I was seen today by PA Jordan and got the treatment I needed for my cough. Overall this is the place to go for your healthcare needs . God bless them and Jesus loves us!!
ABSOLUTELY WORST NURSE TO DO BLOOD DRAWS!!
It’s a shame, I love the people who work here but their billing practices are straight up predatory. I visited this clinic for a simple outpatient procedure (draining a hematoma on my ear) and was later billed a separate “hospital facility fee” (CPT G0463) in addition to the doctor’s charge, despite this being an urgent care visit not requiring any hospital involvement.
