Dear suits, Please train front desk staff to be transparent with pricing for out of pocket services. Please train your primaey care providers in accurate coding/billing for services provided. I was quoted $137. I ended up paying $282. The primary care provider provides "healthcare"—not billing counseling—and likely goes through the motions of billing in the EMR so they can see 40 patients per day. They have horrible service, told me my appointment was on the 10th... I came in and it was on the 11. I drove all the way back the next day. 13 minutes late due to rain and was told instead on the standard 15 minute window, they only did 10. I needed to make a new appointment

Avoid Dr. Victor Conrado Guerrero, MD if You Struggle with Mental Illness or Disabilities. Dr. Guerrero’s outdated approach and lack of empathy made my experience with him extremely unpleasant. When I sought help for weight loss, he dismissed my concerns and told me to essentially "pull myself up by my bootstraps" and that he wanted to see me "Huff and puff"- harmful and unrealistic responses, especially for someone managing severe mental health conditions. The last couple of times I’ve seen the doctors here, the care has gone down immensely and push me out as fast as they can. Last visit, I had to beg for basic care that prevents cancer since the doctor is too “uncomfortable” giving paps to women. Now they have been systematically canceling my appointments so I can’t get care there at all. Will be getting another primary care physician. It’s a shock that anyone would call this egregious behavior “medical care”
