I don’t get why this practice is rated as a 3 star. I’ve received care and then surgery by Dr. Davis and his team and the experience was great. The focus on pre-operative education, given multiple ways, made me aware of what I needed to do and what I should not do the moment I woke from anesthesia. And not just the doctor, but the rest of the medical team. I will NEVER go to Dr Ulbrich. Made an appointment, took 7 mths to get in. A month before my appointment I get a Oops message saying they are canceling my appointment due to Dr Ulbrich needing to "rearrange" her schedule. They wanted me to come another 4 months out. I called and explained this was unacceptable as it took 7 months to be able to get in to see her. They agreed, gave me an January 10th appointment. On the 8th they sent me the new patient paperwork and said to email it to them that day or the next day, which I di... read more

My experience here was excellent care from preadmission all the way through to the surgery and recovery. Excellent caring nursing staff throughout. Thank you all especially Kelsey, Bonnie, Dr Raphael and most importantly Dr Krueger.
The people here are in excellent, caring, understanding and gentle. I would totally refer them to anyone and I like the fact that I can get a 3-D imaging here. The building is very nice and they have parking in a covered garage that is free.
