I use to go to the waxahachie location until my doctor retired. Got set up with a new PCP and one visit and it's already been a hassle. Issues adding my insurance, BSW Preferred HMO, issue with pre authorization for prescription medication that STILL hasn't been resolved and being told they don't do additional information and then the best part is not submitting to my insurance and send me an Estatement for $345. I am done and looking for a new PCP.
