Staff is great and professional, however waiting is excessive. I don't understand why you would schedule someone for a certain time and make them wait. Still sitting here.. I was told to arrive at 12:45, front desk told me appointment was for 1pm, the took vitals around 1:15 and now it's 1:45, these kind of medical office "norms" have got to stop.
The drs and all of the medical staff were amazing before, during and after my husband’s lung transplant two years ago. We appreciate all of them and highly recommend them.
