Amazing experience. We couldn’t be more grateful to Dr Al-Saffar and the staff at the center. We feel blessed for the detailed, kind and carful attention we receive every time.
The comments made previously by Eric remain true one of the most important assets is that whenever you call in you get to talk to a nurse not a receptionist secondly, they have schedule and they stick to it. It’s rare that I have to wait very long outside of that schedule to see the doctor or PA. Everyone is empathetic and pleasant and the doctors are quite efficient and knowledgeable. So while I regret having to be in a heart failure situation, these are the best and I highly recommend!
The fact that you have to be seen by a clinic called “Center for Advanced Heart and Lung Disease” is terrifying. With heartfelt empathy, Baylor has done a superb job of helping us navigate through this, and has professionally and expertly, watched the case closely to make sure that life-saving options remain available.
