Just called what I believed to be the head office of this property management company and left a msg, no callback required. A stranger just attempted entry into our suite, saying the suite number given to them was ours. The second time this has happened. Our neighbours have attempted entry into our suite, knowing full well who lives here. It is happening constantly now. Their excuse "just children". Not always. 2 adult women have done so. This place offers affordable renting, reasonably safe community. One thing keeps bothering me is the laundry facilities. There is a washing machine and a dryer which brokes every two weeks. Management has people to fix them but the machines keep malfunctioning. Typically, the washing machine finishes it work and the clothes are so wet as if they are soaked in water, then properly I have to dry it 3 times to make them dry.
