THIS HOSPITAL HAS THE WORST BILLING DEPARTMENT IVE EVER DEALT WITH. I have done the research with Medicare and have told them how to fix the error and they are still incompetent. I should not have to research with Medicare!!! The phone system is useless and no one will follow up.

They put me through the wringer. Three days of post op. Get there on surgery and then they canceled surgery. They gave some bogus reason and then blamed the doctor. The doctor told me it was the hospital and he had proof. Incompetent! They seem nice on the surface but they don’t know anything. Lack of training!!

RecommendedToday, I journeyed into BSW for a minor surgery and was completely blown away by every single nurse and doctor that I encountered. They were truly sweet, compassionate people that cared about their patients. I loved it here and am so thankful for everyone’s support and skills. I highly recommend them and Dr. Goldstein. Such a wonderful hospital.

My daughter has been here since 9 am and have not been able to talk or see her since they took her to preop. I understand this crazy world however patients needs should be met first. If you had made it clear from the beginning I would never have stayed at this hospital since 9 am this morning, risking my health, but I did because it’s my daughter. She has been I. Recovery since 12:30 and still isn’t ready to come home and still cannot see or talk to her. SHAME ON YOU!!!!
