Excellent staff. Therapy focused to individual needs and well coordinated. Meals well prepared and attractively served.
I was there for two weeks and I have absolutely no complaints. The staff was wonderful and very knowledgeable.
I’m a retired RN. And extremely picky about hospitals and rehab facilities. In the past, I’ve signed myself out of both types of institutions because of poor care. However, BSW Rehab Institute does NOT fall in that classification. Far from it. The detailed gym strengthening programs and the knowledge of the rehab specialists for each patient is impressive. This is an excellent facility. The staff is super nice and patient but persistent. This was exactly what my mom needed after on knee replacement. They got her up and moving and kept her motivated through the whole process. I really appreciate the staff as they were fun and energetic. From the PT staff to the people who bring you the meal, they are all upbeat and positive.
I can not brag enough on the care my precious 96 yr young bonus mom got after breaking her femur and a rod surgerically implanted. She received 4 PT sessions a day, they pushed her hard but she had received the honor of being selected our school districts 2025 Coming Homing Queen so she had to get up and going to participate in the Homecoming Activities.
