You can forget about getting a call back from any physician at this place.. They do do not go by their 24-48 hr return call back policy. I've been waiting on the call back for 3 weeks. I've call the admin several times and have been told they are sending the message over to the physicians office. And that they will be contacting you in 24-49 hrs, That is a lie. You might was well go to the emergency room.
After an ER emergency, I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours but follow up visits for testing were ridiculous. Not follow up for pre-approval, do tests over, not be able to upgrade meds with Expres scripts so as to get a 90-day supply. Ineptitude all around.
Good place. Was a bit hard to find parking in the garage.
Everyone here is super friendly.
