i am so impressed with the staff at Baylor. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, even the staff that is getting off work. On thier own time, they will walk an extra 40 feet to make sure you get to the right place. Ive even had staff to walk me down to the cafeteria from one of an upper floor , and , their getting off work . Once a doctor stopped and showed me how to get the the wing i needed to get to. I got food poisoning and had to call 911 as I ran out of ideas to help myself and wasn't improving. The 2 paramedics that arrived were so kind and patient. At the ER, my first nurse was Valentino and he was gentle, kind and understanding. Tatum took over later and she was equally amazing. My doctor was Dr. E Joseph and I really appreciate him taking the time to explain everything that was happening because I don't get sick often and never had to call an ambulance so I was actually pretty scared.
