They have the worst support I've ever had with any Baylor location. It's really like they don't care at all.
I was recommended Botox injections for my chronic migraines by the neurologist at this office. Before agreeing to the procedure, I specifically asked about the cost because I knew it was an expensive treatment. I was told it would be covered by my insurance, and I was provided with an estimate showing my responsibility after insurance would be $0.00. I got a referral for a second opinion on neurology care and it has been such a pleasant experience. Dr. Sundaramoorthy, Viktoria, and all the staff have been exceptional and caring on my difficult chronic pain journey. Thank you all for everything you do! 🫶🏽
I was very impressed with Dr Sundaramoorthy. I thought she was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and kind. Dr S. thought the cause of my issue was nerve pain. I had severe pain in my face, mouth, jaws teeth etc for 42 years. I have been to lots of Drs during that time and none could help me. I finally have some hope and a name for the pain. I am so thankful I found Dr S. and I look forward to being in her care. Thank you Dr S. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone with head or face pain.
It is impossible to get ahold of anyone here. The phone is never answered and voice mails are never returned. You will get a migraine just trying to schedule an appointment or reach a nurse about anything at all. Believe the bad reviews - they are all true. We've been with the practice for a year, but are now looking for a new doctor. Beyond the impossibility of trying to schedule an appointment, talk to a nurse or ask for a prescription refill, if you have a question about billing...good luck.
