I got a referral for a second opinion on neurology care and it has been such a pleasant experience. Dr. Sundaramoorthy, Viktoria, and all the staff have been exceptional and caring on my difficult chronic pain journey. Thank you all for everything you do! 🫶🏽

I was very impressed with Dr Sundaramoorthy. I thought she was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and kind. Dr S. thought the cause of my issue was nerve pain. I had severe pain in my face, mouth, jaws teeth etc for 42 years. I have been to lots of Drs during that time and none could help me. I finally have some hope and a name for the pain. I am so thankful I found Dr S. and I look forward to being in her care. Thank you Dr S. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone with head or face pain.

It is impossible to get ahold of anyone here. The phone is never answered and voice mails are never returned. You will get a migraine just trying to schedule an appointment or reach a nurse about anything at all. Believe the bad reviews - they are all true. We've been with the practice for a year, but are now looking for a new doctor. Beyond the impossibility of trying to schedule an appointment, talk to a nurse or ask for a prescription refill, if you have a question about billing...good luck. I would never recommend using this facility for migraine management. The physician is fine, but the issue is with staff and billing practices. With good insurance this facility has shady billing practices. This facility bills as “an infusion center” therefore the fees apply as a hospital based service. This means higher fees for clinic visits on top of copay, rather than a simple office copay fee. Very disappointed with trying to even schedule an appointment. I called for weeks, and they claimed to have reached out to me 3 times and then wrote a letter to my dr. I received zero calls from a Baylor number- perhaps they called under one that shows as spam or unknown. I called every day for weeks and finally got a person on the line today.
