this used to be the most amazing doctors office. I love my doctor but ever since baylor made it where you cant contact the office unless through a tangled web of call the call center.. wait on hold for ever, leave a message for the office.. the message may or may not he returned. and if the message is specifically for a doc, they may not even get it. you will get a call back from someone who is not even a nurse.. a prime example of the call center bull happened this morning. I have been going to Dr. Simon since 1992, she has since retired in the past eight or nine years I see only and I mean ONLY Dr. V he is the best that’s why I see no one else ever. I have never had a problem with the staff or office. I will wait as long as I have to for Dr. V if it’s life threatening I’m at the hospital. I now live in AZ and I plan on traveling back and forth to see Dr. V. It takes patience now to see doctors. Love Dr. V
I’m definitely one of those people that is never sure she “needs” be seen by a doctor and feels a bit apologetic for taking up their time. Dr. Villalon could not be kinder or set you more at ease. He’s proactive but not pushy. He listens to what’s wrong and gives you the sense you’re on the same team to fix it.
Dr. Villalon is the best! the nursing staff & support staff are so wonderful!!! This place and my health are worth the drive from Little Elm. Thank you for partnering with me in health success <3 <3 <3
I generally like the physicians I have used...they are friendly and take the time to listen. However, I don't like electronic records accessible online due to privacy concerns - everyone's sites are hacked at some time, so as safe as they tell you it is, there is always a disclaimer. Was looking for a new Dr when mine retired, Dr at Baylor FM came highly recomended. They were right on the Doctor, unfortunately imtha same cannot be said for the office staff and MA. Been going back and forth for months on what should be a simple issue, not resolved, now looking for a new Dr.
