Dr Truong and staff are excellent!
Front desk person and the nurse who took my blood pressure was nice very friendly the physician assisting friendly but after leaving my room heard him say not going to say but it was laud enough where I could hear and everyone could hear didn't make another appointment to come back which this visit was my first wow! Just wondering how many patients they done this to
I have been on hold for over “hours” waiting for someone to answer the phone for my needs. WHY can’t we get an answer right away and someone who is friendly and speaks clearly so we can get help with our medical issues! Baylor Scott & White Family Medical Center NEEDS TO DO BETTER! Health issues are not a joke and should never be kept waiting for assistance.🤬
