I was just assisted by Alondra! I could not be more grateful. I have been trying for weeks to sort out something with my membership/insurance; and as a last ditch effort, I phoned this office. She picked up immediately, and was just so very friendly and assuring. She waited patiently as I found the information I needed to share with her, and instantly resolved the issues I’ve been experiencing. I am so impressed by how efficiently, kindly, and excellently it was handled. Thank you, again. I have a wonderful impression!
They never attempt to help my multi-year request for Russian or Ukrainian doctor or at least interpreter. They didn't tell me the reason for Astbury's sudden disappearance when he was my primary for a long time and they only told me I could not get the yearly with him at time. Then they switch me to some other doctor who knew nothing and who at one point told me to change my career and go to school (which makes no sense since I already have degrees but he didn't like my job or something). This doctor actually sent me a formal letter trying to intimidate me into following his vaccine recommendations, even threatening to end my child’s care if I didn’t comply. That is not professionalism, that is dictatorship by fear tactics. A doctor’s role is to support children’s health, not to bully parents into submission. We were always professional and respectful during visits friendly, cooperative, and never argumentative, even when our beliefs differed. We have been using this pediatrician location for 5 yrs with all 3 of our children. Today was the final straw. I spoke with a nurse last week and scheduled a follow up EKG for our daughter for first thing monday morning. She asked if 8 would work and i said yes. We had talked about how we needed this done as quickly as possible to clear her for a physical. She repeated "we will see you monday at 8 unless anything changes on your end."
