Dr Noe is extremely skilled and excellent in all areas that I have been involved with as a patient. Dr Noe began giving me epidural injections about 8 years ago to alleviate pain i have due to chronic spondylosis (arthritis of the spine). I get about 1-2 years relief from the constant pain and it allows my medications to work better and take fewer pills overall. I would strongly recommend this Dr. to anyone, including those living with chronic HIV/AIDS, such as I do.
