I had my transplant here in 2010. I had a few issues, which is to be expected. I still visit from time to time and the staff ate still caring and friendly as ever. Thanks Baylor for caring! Arthur Brown and Family
This is ridiculous. So many negative things happening, I can't begin to explain them all. Most importantly, my ma just had to wait 3 hours for a wrong meal. Then another hour for another wrong meal. Then 30 min later they brought the same meal as the first time. She is diabetic and has had bariatric surgery. This is not acceptable!
Baylor is normally my "go to" place. However, I cancelled a procedure and the billing clerk told me they would cancel my auto debit in the amount of $694.35. Instead, they have taken my money anyway and now I am having to fight to get it back. No services have been rendered and none are scheduled as I have been sick and have on-going lung issues. I can't even see my regular doc as they have all my extra money at this point. In my opinion, this is similar to theft or fraud. Can anyone help?
The best I have seen in a long time. My experience w/ hospitals started in November 2014 w/ my brother's stroke. Same year my Mom fell ill. Both in and out of facilities from here to Tyler. No other place will I trust the lives of people I love but Baylor All Saints. Earlier this week, Monday to be exact, trip to the ER with my brother, I'm a wreck. Amazing staff! Everyone at Baylor All saints that I dealt with during my stay was professional and courteous! I couldn't have been more impressed! Every step of my transplant went without issue Thank you for everything Baylor!
Horrible horrible horrible. They left us in a cubicle for hours. No one has a clue what is going on. My neice is hurting and sick and no one seems to care. I wish I had have chosen a different place. I can't wait to see the bill for this fiasco

Horrible ER department, submitting a complaint with the hospital. I understand that you prioritize your patients but waiting over and hour in the lobby having contractions is bull****. Plus all the front desk people are rude! There was blood on the floor in the ER bathroom and no one gave a concern in the world. Go someplace else if you can!
That place is the worst hospital ever! The staff are so inept and have no idea what they are doing! DON'T GO THERE!!!!
