I absolutely Love this hospital. I delivered my beautiful baby girl and all the nurses and staff in the womens ward were FANTASTIC. Extremely helpful, nice, and professional. There was a night nurse particularly that was awesome, her name is Erin. And she made our stay and nights very easy. Since hospital stays are always a bit nerve wrecking and new babys are difficult, she was so helpful and professional and never skipped a beat. All the staff from Emergency room to the cardiovascular icu to the regular floor was excellent! My Mom got the best care!
They save my hubby life 5 day heart floor great nurse and doctor no problems at anytime..sena was great night nurse. Jessa great day nurse.
I love Baylor and Baylor is the hospital I've always used BUT the E.R Dept is horrible horrible horrible I had outpatient surgery back in Oct and had to be rushed to Baylor E.R and it was the most horrible experience I ever went thru in my entire life and I was sick as a dog and they did NOTHING I had to end up going to Harris Hospital where they treated me like gold they were awesome and that don't make no sense when I had my surgery at Baylor a Damn shame I called Baylor to make a complaint and nobody did nothing
The admittance misspelled my name at first and caused a problem the rest of the time. The parking garage seems to be only be setup for valet, yes I said valet you pay for which to me seems like a cash grab instead of just helping the patience with do a car dropoff free. The nurses and doctors were awesome I gave a 4 because they get a 5 and the rest of the hospital gets a 2 or 3.
My husband had a neck biopsy to check out a suspicious area indicated on a petscan. Well, they biopsied the WRONG side. Perhaps more oversight is needed!!
I had my first baby here, and the experience was so wonderful! I had friends visiting and complimenting the hospital staff as well. I've also had two friends have babies here. All great experiences! My second is due next month, and I can't wait to have the same wonderful experience again. Thank you, Baylor staff for being fantiastic!
Excellence in care. The oncology floor's staff exceeded my highest expectation of care for my daughter and her family. Each person, the nurses, the secretary, the hospitalist, the palliative care team, the janitor, the nurse aides, each of them were warm, caring, and professional. The new AYA area is priceless.
