They could tie into the watersupply correctly so not to flood basements, use hangers for the pipe not zip ties hooked together. They could actually burry the pipe and wiring so its not sticking out of the ground. They could glue the pvc pipes they install. They could be on time and be proffesional. Called them with a minor issue after another irrigation company kind of let me down. They mad a prompt appointment, arrived on time and fixed everything. They also did a complete system test and didn't leave until they were convinced everything worked. Highly recommended
