I have been visiting this office for a few years after my other dentist was in the next town. I needed a local dentists to cut down travel and time. Dr. Diaz was the one for me. Her office is neat clean and has great books to read but I never have time as I seldom ever have to wait to be waited on. The dentists listen to you and explain conditions in detail I am recommending this staff of friendly to anyone who values a caring dental experience.
We are very impressed. My daughter loves the dentist.
The cleaning is extremely thorough, and the staff is both friendly and accommodating. Patient care is of utmost importance here. The only downfall is the incessant appointment reminders and reminders to make appointments. For one cleaning, I received 2 emails, 4-5 texts, and 2 phone calls, one of which was to my work number, which I do not appreciate. Despite this, it really comes down to the experience in the chair, which is always the best at Bayhill Dental.
I was in the office for a cleaning appointment and the service was wonderful. Everyone was friendly and professional. I really appreciate the kind way I was treated -- especially the fact that nothing hurt!! So thank you all for your help and I will see you in four months.
I like this dental office the best of any I've ever been to. I feel that I get expert attention at every visit, including the dentist cleaning my teeth herself, and the office staff is the nicest anywhere I know of. I come here even though I have moved further away, and the trip is now long for me.
