I delivered my daughter here Saturday & had amazing service. There were a little complications in the labor room but they all did great, and were all so helpful. I've been home since Monday and the midwife even called to check up on me to make sure everything was fine and that I wasn't having any complications. Safe and good staff
I friend spent 26 Hours waiting to be seen yes 26 hours. The Dr. Who saw him was apaled. No reason ever for that. This is not a shock trauma hospital they do not see that many high-intensity cases for them to be treating patients the way that they do to leave them in the emergency room waiting room and ignore them. This is absolutely Management's fault
Kent General Hospital has a problem, you can't get in touch with a patient. last time with another patient, the phone did not work and they never replaced it... THIS time different patient, and can not get in touch with him, called the nurse station, THEY tell me that are not at the station, (same thing as the other patient) and will gt back to me IF i am on the call list!!! SOUND MORE LIKE A PRISON THEN A HOSPITAL!!!
