Zero Stars but that is not an option. Waited 6.5 hours. Never saw a doctor and was send home with four percocet pills for pain and told to call an ENT on Monday. Everyone moving in slow motion and very bad vibes from some of the female staff. Not a healthy place in any sense of the word. The service received in ten minutes after waiting 6.5 hours could have been done within an hour of arriving. I left feeling much worse then when I arrived. I've been waiting well over TWO (2) weeks now for a call to schedule an appointment for a procedure. My wife has called THREE (3) times and absolutely nothing! In the pass, I never had an issue. This is ridiculous. I cannot even see my doctor because they keep calling me to postpone my appointments. STOP ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS IF YOU CANNOT SEE THE ONES YOU'VE BEEN SEEING ALREADY, YOU GREEDY SOB'S.

I find it deplorable that patients who were referred to Bayhealth by the Occupational Health center should have to wait hours (going on 6 hours now)for a chest x-ray. But a strep culture was more important. Both procedures do not take this long. The patients were referred due to smoke inhalation from a recent fire at their home. One of the patients has asthma & the other patient is 11 years old & shouldn't have to wait this long to have their needs attended too.
