I went to this place because I was told to go here and it's hard for me to find glasses and I found one that was perfect and the guy who does the fitting and also puts the scripts on the glasses said when I said I wanted them, "no, no, no, I ordered me a pair and I can't have another person have them! And he was serious! I liked them so much i said i wasn't them. So he walked over to his area and said if the script is bad he can't do it? When he saw my script wasn't bad he said he could. My family has been going to Bayhead Eye Center for over 20 yrs.. Today I called to let them know I would be 15 minutes late for my annual exam. They told me I would have to reschedule (I had already driven 30 minutes to get there). I was surprised, as I’m always early and have to wait to be seen. I understand policies need to be followed, but would have appreciated a little empathy and understanding after all these years! I should never have bothered calling.
I highly recommend Bayhead Eye Centre. I have been going here for more years than I can count.
