Avoid, there is no way to contact them, they took my money, even they knew that I´m not able to show. No service. No decency. Only want your money. Avoid!
I called on April 3rd 2026 around 3pm, and spoke with the manager who said his name was John. I was asking about a late check in and pet fees and was having trouble understanding him because of his accent. When I asked him to repeat himself, he laughed and sighed and asked how I don't understand in a raised voice. This place scammed me out of 73 dollars on Expedia they took my money booked my room no problem.. the problem was I booked at 10pm but they claimed to have a 3 o’clock check in time and would not allow me to check in even though they didn’t inform me of this till after I booked they say they have 24hr front desk help I was there knocking and calling they wouldn’t answer me and left my wife and I sleeping in the car outside and refuse to refund or even acknowledging me after reaching out through emails and Expedia showing up ... read more
