Incredibly kind staff, they schedule you quickly, are very punctual, personal, and compassionate. However, if you’re looking for accurate diagnoses and treatment, I recommend TGH urgent care or even Guidewell if you’re in a pinch. I always end up having to go there after the Eckerd Health Center anyways so save yourself the step.

Nicole is very helpful and makes me feel less stressed to visit the center, I always appreciate seeing her. Making/paying for the appointment is always a struggle. I don't think I've ever gone to the Health Center and had a smooth time. Could be better organized, have more clear hours esp with breaks and holidays, and staff should be masking. There is no reason to not be masking, esp in the literal health center. Better experience than expected, but needs improvement

One of the health "professionals" there needs to be fired. She constantly prescribes wrong medication, gives false diagnosis, and don't bother saying anything in the "anonymous" forms they give out cause they aren't anonymous and her coworker will call you and belittle and mock you for what you have written if you wrote anything negative against her.
