RecommendedThis place Rocks, Here 1st then to my Primary or E.R., but usually here works. Love they can do so much in the office. Staff is Super Friendly and Quick. 😁💝😁
I've heard about it being understaffed or a long wait or whatever it may be... but I went in yesterday & was taken care of fairly quickly by the front desk & doctor. They didn't waste any time. The staff was absolutely great! Nicer than the places I hit on the way to Bayfront because I was trying to see the right fit for me. Would recommend going in the morning the soonest possible for a less time to wait I suppose.
Uneducated employees. Wasted my time. Why bother calling to verify they'll take my grandaughter's medicaid, waste 30 minutes filling out paperwork, only to find out they won't accept her medicaid. Terrible service and now I still have a sick little girl.
Beware! They will not give you accurate information up front. They told me that my insurance would cover the visit. Months later I have a bill for $358 now. This was for getting told that I just had a bug that was going around. They also gave me a prescription that cost me $70 for an antibiotic. I called them up to find out what was going on and I just got the run around and still haven't been called back after weeks.
