I sent them an email asking if they had a prop in stock, gave them part number size, pitch everything. They responded to me and said they had all volvo props in stock. I told them I would drive up the next day to pick one up. Drove 85 miles one way, walked in and was told Oh we dont carry older volvo props in stock it will have to be ordered . If you enjoy rude staff people this is the place for you. We do not and had to retrieve our boat after it set for over a week with no knews on the status. We were told we would have news on a certain day and we waited 2 extra days to call when we had not heard back. We were told to just come and get our boat. They apparently do not need our business now, or in the future. Do they need yours?
Do NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE. The staff was extremely rude and very unhelpful when it came to spending several thousands of dollars on a repair. The repair job was sub par at best. Go somewhere else!!!
