I gave them one star only because I don't know if I could give them zero stars. My wife and I drove 75 miles from Vancouver to Chehalis to look at a tent trailer. When we got there we were completely ignored. We went out and looked at several trailers. No one came out to help. We went back into the store, and again we were ignored. It was like were were invisible. We left and drove 75 miles back home. I will never go back.
