This residence serves the residents rotten milk, limited shower access, understaffed, and lots of neglect. Would recommend donating so residents can get the support they deserve! People living here barely have their needs met such as not even having access to basic amenities ie ice beverages and AC in the hot months. Residents are regularly hospitalized due to neglect and poor conditions.

Big shout out to both Oria and Jp!!! I’ve had a very positive experience with Oria for helping me in all the process for getting the apartment. She’s very cool and professional!! I would like to comment for Jp’s prompt and efficient handling of any maintenance issues! from minor fixes to bigger problems, all repairs have been addressed quickly and professionally. I really appreciate the quick response and the effort put into solving issues! A very kind and down to earth person! You guys deserve 5 stars😊
I used to live there and the following is what I personally saw and experienced. Black mold, rude staff, building is falling apart, your laundry comes back wet in a bag, and they really don't care about your well being.
