The staff is beyond amazing and so are the fantastic vets. You can tell that they care about the animals and they love them as if they were their own. I completely trust my babies in their hands and they are forever going to be the place I take my cats.
Every single employee there is so very nice and treated my baby like their own. Dr. Morgan is a puppy-whisperer. My puppy didn’t even know she had received a shot. Love this place! Glad to have a trustworthy place to take my baby to in the years to come.
I have been a client for over 25 years. I am in contact with many vets as I have done rescue for over 25 years. These vets are the cream of the crop!! I feel not only do they care for my animals, but for me. Over the years I have lost 10 animals due to age . These vets have sat down on the floor and cried with me. Do not hesitate to take your animals here. From the front desk to both vets... they are simply the Best!!!!!

Dr. Morgan and her staff show amazing care and concern for their four legged clients and owners! I have been taking my animals to Dr. Morgan for ten years and have received nothing but the best care! I recommend everyone to Baycrest! They treat you like family❤️❤️
Dr. Morgan is AMAZING!! She’s very thorough and extremely caring!! My dogs love her!! She gets down on the ground with them and gives them kisses!! The only vet I’ve ever been to that does this!! I can’t speak highly enough about her and her staff!
