It has always been our goal at Baycrest animal clinic to educate and inform our clients regarding the most recent advances in Veterinary Medicine. We are a caring full-service animal hospital dedicated to providing only the highest quality preventative medical and surgical services. Baycrest Animal Clinic opened its doors in May 1976 as Buccaneer Square Animal Clinic. We moved to our present location on Memorial Highway in January of 1980. There are two dedicated veterinarians on staff at present.

they have a very big waiting room but they're still only let one person in at a time so you got to wait outside and this 99 degree weather while your dog is getting looked at and then they raise up their prices but when you call to make an appointment they don't want to tell you none of that over the phone that's the last time my dog will ever go there and she's been going there for years and then I get treated that badly if they're that afraid of this covid-19 they need to close their business up until this is all over with

I have been going to Baycrest for over 15 years and today they once again went over and beyond. Even though they were in the process of closing Dr. Morgan took care of a lethargic kitten I brought in. There aren't words to express the gratitude for the kindness she showed.
I’d like to commend the entire staff for their flexibility during the COVID-19 pandemic. They changed their approach to seeing patients and the result was fantastic. I appreciated being able to keep Scarlett’s well cat check-up while maintaining the safety of myself and the staff. Just one more reason why I love this office!
Wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr. Morgan is exceptional in what she does and is TRULY amazing with the animals she treats. Thank you Dr. Morgan, Dr. Berrios and staff for everything!!!
Baycrest has been beyond helfpul. I am caring for four kittens currently (I'm very new at it) and they have answered all of my questions and more. After an appointment, they called me the following day to make sure the kittens were okay and they wanted to make sure I had all of my questions answered. I have never, never received such excellent service from a clinic. The staff are wonderful, patient, and most importantly they care. Very grateful to have found Baycrest.
