I have been a patient since birth at this medical office and they used to be great actually phenomenal. I never had any problems up until I transferred over into the Baycreek medical for adults ever since I transferred over I get terrible communication. The girls on the phone are always rude. The manager never responds to requests. the nurses that call you for test results are rude as well and I’ll literally tell you that you’re wrong and that they will not keep talking to you and actually will hang up the phone on you.!!! I really like this facility. The staff is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Daneta who checked me in had a very positive attitude and good vibe. It's great to look forward to coming to the doctors office.
I was referred to Baycreek to see Matthew Nagelschmidt,MD for knee pain. I was charge $1500 for an office visit. Part of it was covered by my insurance. I also have a hospital indemnity that I will have to use because they charged me $880 in hospital services for one visit to see an orthopedic doctor. Who did basically nothing but give me a cortisone shot that wore off in a few weeks and I am still in pain. NEVER go here they are ripping people off. It feels like such a scam. This place is a joke. You wait 2 days to get seen by someone and I show up 7 minutes late, they took my co pay and a nurse came out and told me to go to the emergency room. DO NOT RECOMMEND
