Experience was not too bad. Nurse that checked me in was not that great. Came off snotty but had a change of attitude once it was given back. NP was good. Big practices like RRH and UR can be hard to deal with sometimes. You don't get the personal care and time you do with some primary doctors. Hence the 3 stars

This medical office has demonstrated consistent incompetence and a lack of communication. Important information is often delayed or not provided at all, and staff members fail to follow through on basic responsibilities. As a result, patients are left without clarity or confidence in the care they are supposed to receive.

I have been going to Baycreek for a few years. In the beginning the whole staff that I encountered was wonderful and I had excellent experiences. They were so helpful and caring. Lately, it’s hard to get help it seems. I will call and leave a message that is supposedly sent high priority but days later and still no response. When I call to do a follow up not all of the time but most of the time I am met with an attitude and feel dismissed. I have been a patient since birth at this medical office and they used to be great actually phenomenal. I never had any problems up until I transferred over into the Baycreek medical for adults ever since I transferred over I get terrible communication. The girls on the phone are always rude. The manager never responds to requests. the nurses that call you for test results are rude as well and I’ll literally tell you that you’re wrong and that they will not keep talking to you and actually will hang up the phone on you.!!!
