I see a lot of negative reviews but that was not my experience here. I was very satisfied with Dr. Blonski and her PA named Star. My fear was that they were going to tell me to do some physical therapy and prolong the tests I needed ordered, but she was on the same page and wanted to take action right away.
While the doctors are pleasant enough it's difficult to get an appointment and there are a lot of mistakes made with prescriptions that cause me to make multiple phone calls and trips. Getting to the point where it's time to find a new PCP office. The Nurse Practitioner now assigned to me is cool, Robin Petruzzo. Very competent. The phlebotomy lab off the lobby is terrible; multiple pokes, can't find a vein, tests missed, can't print labels, etc. Watching a needle move in your arm is...interesting? Painful? Experience was not too bad. Nurse that checked me in was not that great. Came off snotty but had a change of attitude once it was given back. NP was good. Big practices like RRH and UR can be hard to deal with sometimes. You don't get the personal care and time you do with some primary doctors. Hence the 3 stars
