Fantastic property management company. Very professional, responsive and quick to handle any issues. I lived at one of their properties for over 5 years. Recently moved out and received my entire deposit back because I left the apartment in decent shape. I believe that anyone who is complaining about their deposit likely didn’t leave their apartment in good shape. I once saw how a unit was left and I was shocked at how my neighbor lived. These people are a nightmare. The worst decision I ever made in my life was leasing an apartment through Casa Del Amo. Corrupt and dishonest people. They will steal your security deposit upon moving out and charge you bogus fees. I’m not surprised if there’s a a lawsuit brought against this company soon for their dishonesty. Run away from these people.

Make sure you record conversations because whatever they say means F all. Zero accountability. - $130 Cleaning Upon checkout we were told everything was fine ;) we were also told “not to worry about cleaning” since the balcony needed to be repaired and that would leave a huge mess.
