am extremely disappointed with my experience at BayCare Urgent Care on SR 54 in New Port Richey. I was seen by a doctor yesterday, paid a $150 copay, and followed the treatment plan I was given. Unfortunately, my medical issue became significantly worse overnight. I contacted the office because I had concerns about the treatment and simply wanted to speak with the doctor or have my concerns relayed to the medical staff.
