On October 21, 2025 at approximately 4:30pm I I walked into this UrgentCare that I have gone to so many other times, would not see me. On their website as should be, says nothing about how they accept payments. In these days and ages most people have their cards attached to their phones I.e Apple Pay or Goggle Pay (not sure of the name) etc. As always I was asked to make my Co-payment, I was ready, however, they DO NOT accept cash nor do they accept those payments I mentioned previous, that’s ridiculous. Extremely satisfied with my visit at BayCare Urgent Care in Haines City FL. The staff were extremely thorough in all aspects of my visit. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their service.
Both of my experiences here were great, until I went there with my girlfriend and they offered a virtual consult (while we were there in person). What they failed to mention was the physician was not in network despite the facility being in network. We were greeted with a surprise bill 7 months later. I will not be returning here.
Had a visit there was charged just to being told I can’t help you, I think that wasn't fair.
