The facility didn't have the necessary diagnostic tools to help diagnose my medical issue.
Give the sweet girl at the front desk on the weekends a raise. She went out of her way to make certain I was able to get my daughter seen even though it was close to closing and a Saturday. This is the only urgent I even bother going to. They are efficient quick knowledgeable and super kid-friendly for kiddos who struggle with having to get shots.
Be sure to take a jacket or sweater. Dr. was very nice, however, wasn't too happy with a nurse who told me I couldn't stand in the hallway outside my room, beside a chair - this was because the exam room was freezing! When I asked to sit in the chair in the same hallway because I was so cold, she told me NO that I HAD to wait in the room with the door closed, I propped the door open and this staff person came by and closed it again! Excellent experience
The experience was horrible from the moment I got there. I had never been to this facility before, people were rude , had an attitude like they were really not interested in having customers when I first walked in. I filled out the online paperwork, it asked if I wanted to pay cash or credit card for the my copay of $10. I said I'd pay cash.
