I provided my insurance upon arrival and again over phone and I was still charged the $250 and had to provide my insurance again. I won't be going back to tgh urgent care again as it was a big inconvenience
Office staff and nurse were excellent. Dr was very gruff.
Good customer service from front desk, providers are taking their time with patients and provide quality healthcare. Definitely will go back for care
