I went in around 5 PM, waited around for almost an hour and then they said I would need to see a doctor on a monitor. I had an ear infection, they had me pick up the ear device myself while the doctor watched on the monitor. He gave me a anabiotic, with no refills. I called back after I was finished with the anabiotic because I was still having a problem, and asked for a refill, they said they would call me back the very next day, never heard back from anyone. The facility is super clean, the staff is super helpful. I love that you can come in and register and then leave so you don't have to wait in a room full of sick people! They will call you a short time before your "appt" time and you come back in.
Five stars there was a long way, but it was not their fault. Dr. Brown was all by himself that day. He was absolutely worth the weight.
Paid the copay of $45 just to be told that I needed to go to the ER. Was not checked, only asked what my issue was and told they could not do anything for me.
Paid copay, waited in room. Nurse practitioner walks in, hears symptoms and says I don't know what to do. Go to ER. So I had to pay 2 co-pays and no offer of Baycare to refund my copay for doing absolutely nothing but waste my time.
