This place is a joke. I was the second person to check in, they immediately want a payment, let you sit there for an hour before handing you a tablet to finish registration. The woman at the desk was VERY rude to anyone who walked in without an appointment. There were 4 people waiting but she was telling people to come back in 4 hours or go somewhere else. 2 sick kids were ejected while I waited another hour to be called in. I had a very positive experience recently at BayCare Urgent Care. I could tell I was getting sick and my regular physician could not get me in with a same day appointment. I was able to make the appointment and was seen within 2 hours. Janae Anderson, APRN was very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you!

The service received was awful! I was told that I needed to tolerate 4 to 5 weeks of headache and fever because that was the norm for a viral infection. I turned out to have pneumonia and spent 5 days in the hospital with antibiotics.
