My visit to the Urgent Baycare was very good. I still gave a 5 star the big guy at the front desk needs customer service skills other than that I was ok. The Called to my doctor couldn't be seen was able to go to Baycare after getting off work at 6pm. The hours are amazing from 8-8pm Mondays thru Friday. Weekends are until 6pm. The staff was very helpful, professional. It didn't take long to see a physician. I will definitely use again if I can't get to my doctor. This is a very good idea for working people.
Excellent in every way possible! Wait time was excellent and the staff and the Doctor were outstanding highly recommend!
The online scheduling and check in worked well. The medical care was top notch.
