Disappointed with my appointment i had today 8/22/25. Im currently dealing with a back injury. History on myself. I've had THREE lower back surgeries in the past. Most recent being just over three years ago. I went to be seen about pain im having mainly pressure point/nerve pain in my hip/lower left back area. Kind, caring and efficient.
Dr. Dallas was an absolute angel. We visited this urgent care center today for my fiancé who was experiencing some irregular pain, and he had already been to the ER and specialized doctor's offices twice in the past two weeks. Dr. Dallas was so incredibly articulate, kind, and professional when speaking with us and his patience/personable approach was quite literally exactly what we needed. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST- AS THE COST MAY BE YOUR LIFE! We called them to tell them I was experiencing heart pain and asked if they would be able to access my medical records from a recent stay at St Joes South to determine if I could go there versus Brandon Hospital. They told me they could and said they could get me in in about 25 minutes.
