As someone with severe medical anxiety as well as someone who has been failed by the Healthcare system time and time again - this was the best experience I've EVER had with a doctor/office. Ever. I got there early and they let me in a half hour early, fixing an insurance issue I had without any trouble. Loved Dr. Schutzbach and Lauren. They listened to my concerns, took me seriously, and gave me the referrals I needed without any hesitation. However, the check in receptionist is rude, uninviting, and had an extremely bad attitude.
