A waste of time. Office staff treated me just like a number and couldn’t get the help I needed because of them. Please stay away from this place if you don’t want to deal with unemphatic, miserable and mediocre staff and management
I see Dr. Juanita (who is great) but her office staff is TERRIBLE. If you read through the reviews you will see that this is a common theme. This morning I had the pleasure of speaking with Amirah- who was not only excelled at being rude and unhelpful, she also displayed her immense medical knowledge by explaining to me that my general practitioner could not help me with a medical question that I had called in about. Easy parking, friendly staff, short wait time and Dr. Farfan is super nice and knowledgeable! She took time to get to know me and my medical history as a new primary care patient, then addressed all my current needs, reinforced areas I'm doing good at healthwise and helped me plan out my long-term care with her and other doctors in a way that made sense to me. She was glowingly recommended by my previous DO who was switching practices and I'm happy to be seeing her going forward.
