The environment was instantly welcoming, so clean, and every single staff member I interacted with was so kind and thorough. I felt acknowledged and understood. This will definitely be my preferred Baycare location moving forward!

This office is horrendous, multiple times after seeing the doctor my prescriptions were never sent to the pharmacy. As of tomorrow 7/26/2026 it will be 3 weeks since I saw the doctor and don't have my medicine. The pharmacy and myself have contacted the office in regards to it and have been told it will be handled. This has happened 4 different time with them. This time it was for antibiotics and ear drops. Last time it was blood pressure medicine. Before that it was cholesterol meds. I've lost all confidence in the staff. I... read more
I am so happy with Bay Care that I wish I had found you 5 years ago when I got back to the US and began my search for doctors. Except for Bay Care Rehabilitation Bardmoor, which was a terrible experience, I've been exceedingly pleased with the level of professionalism and care I've received. 5 Stars! However, someone needs to investigate the Rehab facility at Bardmoore.
