I'm really surprised by the lower reviews. I'm a 1st patient and my experience was wonderful. Dr. A was very professional but also friendly and supportive. He walked me through the new patient process, and actually gave some recommendations on medication adjustments. 1st impressions are always lasting and now I have a new PCP!
I had the best experience I've ever at at a primary care office here. Registration was quick (you can do it all online). I was taken back to the exam room at the time of my appointment. The woman checking me in, Heather, was wonderful. She was kind, friendly, and thorough. And of course, Dr. Lai is an amazing physician. Dr. Dogukan Acikgoz and his team are phenomenal, he gets straight to fixing the problem. He doesn't think he's only right like my women doctor in the past. Actually listens and gets to the solution. I'm happy he's my primary care doctor.
