Don't bother calling them, you won't get anyone anyway. It may be an emergency to you, but they don't seem to care. EDIT: 3 times I have called in to speak to my PCP, Amy Bush, about getting a referral for an echocardiogram. 3 times I have left a message for her to call me. 3 times I have been assured she would get the message. 3 times, that message has been ignored. I don't know if she's getting the message or not, but this is a horrible system you have.
