If I could give zero stars I would. On the way to an appointment there was an accident I called and informed them. God forbid I reached 14 minutes late. Honestly from seeing their low rating I’m happy I’ll not be a patient there.

I would rate a zero if I could. It's sad that the Baycare in Haines City really showed, they don't care about their patients. I became a member with them on June 2025. Had appointment with them June 10, 2025. I asked for Primary to give me referrals to doctors I was already seeing and new doctors because of my Spine Surgery. Still wearing my back brace.She told me 7 to 10 business days it would be completed. I waited, when I called it was after 2 weeks , they said they was still processing it. Another week and Still nothing.... read more
