I love Dr. Lisa Ball, she cares about me, and listens to me and she make sure I understand what she explained to me about my meds, blood work results and any scans that I taking. God bless her.
Had a really great experience. Everyone was very nice and welcoming, from the front desk people to the nurse to the nurse practitioner. I was seen at my appointment time (no waiting) and I really felt like the nurse practitioner took her time asking me questions. I didn’t feel rushed or hurried and I felt like my concerns were thoroughly addressed.
Dr. Singh is the best primary care physician I’ve ever had! Kind, professional, and educational. Top notch.
Sad how this practice just continues to get worse since Dr Teav left, then Dr Schutzbach. They really only care about money. I've been in twice in the past two months since Dr Schutzbach left. I called for an urgent issue and they said they couldn't help me until I 'establish' with a new doctor. I said wouldn't you consider the last two appointments I had there establishing?
