There’s a reason you can get an appointment easily there, and other practices are booked up. Front desk staff were super rude. They require being your primary care even to see the OB/GYN - which they don’t tell you until you get there. And to them, maybe hire front desk staff who care a little about the patients?
I hope this doctors office stays open as I have been trying for 5 years to find a primary care in this area. My last 2 closed unexpectedly shortly after I started seeing the doctors. My experience today was so pleasant. The staff were so kind to my son and I as I had to bring him last minute due to childcare plans falling through. The nurse and doctor both had such great bedside manner. I look forward to continuing my care with this practice.
This practice is fantastic! I was able to schedule a new patient appointment online and be seen within a few days. Finding primary care providers is really challenging but this was surprisingly easy. Everyone was so friendly from the front desk staff to the nurse. I waited no more than 5 minutes to be called back (and I was 15 min early) and no more than 10 minutes for Dr. Lai to see me.
