Find a different practice please. If you are an existing patient, they do not answer the phone for appointments. Ever. You will ALWAYS get a voicemail that says they will call you sometime in the next 48 hours. Hope you aren't sick!! Any paperwork has to be done in person, they won't email it. Release of information? Come to the office. New prescription? Come pick it up. Referral? Yep, get in your car and drive there. Also, if they refer you to a specialist...they will not suggest a Dr, they will hand you a list of doctors t... read more
The receptionist thinks she’s a bouncer at a nightclub, not someone working in healthcare. She doesn’t understand the basics of insurance, refuses to learn, and makes up answers instead of doing her job. I asked her multiple times to call the number on the back of my card for clarification. She arrogantly told me she already knew what they’d say. The ultrasound results concluded the bump appeared to be additional muscle and bone and that I must have recently lost weight for the bone to “stick out”. This re... read more
There’s a reason you can get an appointment easily there, and other practices are booked up. Front desk staff were super rude. They require being your primary care even to see the OB/GYN - which they don’t tell you until you get there. And to them, maybe hire front desk staff who care a little about the patients?
I hope this doctors office stays open as I have been trying for 5 years to find a primary care in this area. My last 2 closed unexpectedly shortly after I started seeing the doctors. My experience today was so pleasant. The staff were so kind to my son and I as I had to bring him last minute due to childcare plans falling through. The nurse and doctor both had such great bedside manner. I look forward to continuing my care with this practice.
