A very inept office staff. They have been reported to appropriate leaders
My PCP recommended I see and endocrinologist "as soon as possible". When I called the office to inquire about becoming a new patient (after doing a lot of research for the right doctor), the receptionist asked if it was a BayCare PCP, and when I said no, she quickly got standoffish. She told me my symptoms were not treatable by their office (Low-Testosterone, apparently she's a doctor too), but if I was still interested, I need to FAX office notes from my PCP and the referral letter to their office.
