Had a lovely experience with Dr. Dahlia Osment! She and her medical assistant Amy were extremely kind and made me feel very comfortable during my first ever full-body skin screening appointment. The appointment itself had to be scheduled very far in advance but I didn’t mind as time flies anyway and it was a routine checkup. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. I look forward to coming back!
Be prepared to wait FOUR MONTHS for an appointment or even worse if you have to reschedule. I was presented with TWO times available between now (Sept 10th) and AFTER (Jan 1 2026) of next year?? On an additional note, when I shared my concerns about availability, I was berated by the staff person on the phone on how they service over a 100 appointments a day and they're so busy, blah blah... Yeah great, hire more doctors, service your existing patients. Just poor customer service as everyone else has stated in these reviews.
I am new to the area and had waited months for the appointment with Dr. Salas. I am extremely fair skinned and have a cancerous spot on my arm so I was very disappointed when I wasn't able to meet with Dr. Salas today. I uploaded my Medicare card and checked in online yesterday. Prior to that I received a few checking in reminder texts, but that's all. When I checked in with the receptionist today, I was told my Medicare card number was invalid. I just used the card at my primary care, so I was surprised they couldn't verify... read more
I saw Dr. Saleh and she was wonderful. I’ve been bouncing from one dermatologist to the next and I’m happy to have finally found someone I’m wanting to go back to. I have a skin condition which I’ve been told by several doctors that there isn’t many treatment options for. Dr. Saleh explained several treatment options and wrote everything down for me. She was respectful and very helpful.
