I recently had 3 blood work requests fulfilled, by 3 different doctors. The technician who processed these patiently sorted them, identifying all the redundancies and any conflicting requests. She extracted the large volume of blood required without causing me any discomfort, and without a sign of bruising. She should be commended for kind, patient and efficient work.
