It's a busy lab but they move in a very timely manner. One of quickest visits to a lab i have had.
I had blood drawn and two of my testing had not come back through the patient portal, so I called to make sure they were drawn. I was told they had to be sent to lab Corp (zinc and a B vitamin) why is basic vitamin and mineral having to be sent out? I was also told they might not come up on the portable I would have to call my doctors office or get it from medical records. All records should be scanned and be visible in the patient portal.
Aya was AMAZING She was fast, friendly and was so efficient, I didn't even feel the needle stick... After moving further away, I STILL go to Baycare at Saint Anthony's because it is the BEST place to go!!!
Both Danielle and Laulani at the Suncoast facility are phenomenal, both being friendly and welcoming as well as being knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you both.
