This was my first time visiting Bay Care, the lady drawing blood , I told her I was a hard poke. Let me tell you she was amazing from the time the needle was inserted that I never felt, to the tubes of blood that she took. I had no issues, no problems. It was the best experience I’ve ever had, and I walked out telling her that she can poke me any day. Thank you Tessa!
