I visited on 2/12/26, I had a great experience at this lab. The phlebotomist was professional, courteous, and efficient from check-in to completion. The phlebotomist was gentle and knowledgeable, making the blood draw quick and comfortable. The facility was clean and well-organized, and wait time was minimal.
Embarrassingly, I'm a fainter at blood draws. But BayCare Labs Bartow has a 100% success rate (and a 100% consciousness rate) at every blood draw they've ever done for me. They made a recent insurance change so very easy. The superb, caring staff has my continued gratitude.
