If you’re wanting to start exercising but are nervous or have gym anxiety, Baycare is the gym for you! Because it’s attached to the Hospital and shares space with their rehab center, recording is not allowed inside. Char, massage therapist, at the fitness center is a miracle worker! She eased my “aches and pains”. And she has a delightful personality along with professional massage training accreditations.
Great gym
A great clean neighborhood fitness center with a super friendly staff & plenty of amenities! Try it!
Char is a master deep tissue massage therapist. She worked out knots and isolated trigger points, releasing spasms I didn’t know I had. I felt 10 pounds lighter and much more functional after. Highly recommend her and Bryan!
