Char, massage therapist, at the fitness center is a miracle worker! She eased my “aches and pains”. And she has a delightful personality along with professional massage training accreditations.
Great gym
A great clean neighborhood fitness center with a super friendly staff & plenty of amenities! Try it!
Char is a master deep tissue massage therapist. She worked out knots and isolated trigger points, releasing spasms I didn’t know I had. I felt 10 pounds lighter and much more functional after. Highly recommend her and Bryan!
This is a great gym. It never gets too crowded and I don't feel judged. Highly recommend!
